Conference Registration Process

Registration Categories & Process

Registration is available on our main website with multiple category options: Student Attendee ($200), General Attendee ($200), Student Presenter ($175), and Non-Student Presenter ($175). Early bird discounts are available until the specified deadline.

Complete the online form and payment through our secure registration portal. Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of successful registration.

Financial Assistance & Student Support

Travel Grants & Registration Support

Yes! We offer comprehensive financial assistance including travel grants and reduced registration fees for qualifying students. HBCU students and underrepresented minorities are especially encouraged to apply for these opportunities.

Virtual Participation Options

Comprehensive Virtual Access

Absolutely! We provide full virtual attendance options including live streaming of all keynotes, interactive virtual breakout sessions, digital networking opportunities, and complete access to recorded content and materials.

Virtual registration includes access to the conference app, digital networking tools, and post-event resources. Full engagement opportunities are available for remote participants.
